"I hold 1232 $MSTY shares which are down XX% from my cost basis. Up until this point I have spent XXX% of the dividends I've received. The dividends have increased my quality of life this year. "I see a lot of people mad at Boomers because they bought real estate right as it was being financialized. Real estate boomed because you could borrow against it. NOT because of any other reason. If anything real estate has gotten worse since the boomers started buying. Materials got cheaper plots of land got smaller. The single driver of appreciation was the fact that real estate became collateral and our FIAT system needs collateral to keep expanding. $BTC is currently going through that financialization. $BTC is the collateral of the digital age.
