"If the international take is XX% instead of XX% and if DiCaprio is getting a cut up front then the industry estimates of break-even at $300M become even MORE unlikely (and outright fanciful) and remind me of many other films where studios were not truthful with the public about how well they performed. In other words NOT assuming a XX% take makes their situation worse not better and makes a $300M break-even point sound like a mathematical impossibility. I suspect Variety's and ScreenRant's figures are just more "Hollywood fluff" and that the true financial situation is much more dire simply"
