"Cant under quote. The house was on the market at $880k. The frenzy drove it up. Im amazed the vendor accepted a reserve that low tbh. No value in having people capping out at 900k there if you expect much higher. This isnt even about the guarantee. Its beyond that limit. Its just a fucking frenzy at the moment. But also: 6bdr this was never $880k"

"I just love how youre confidently doubling down on being wrong. Its been well reported the reserve (indicated by then the auctioneer says the house is on the market) was around $975k. Does that sound like the middle of the range to you Maybe stay out of property. At least until you learn to read"
