"Ive always maintained that one of Mikel Artetas most noticeable managerial characteristics is his mindset for change. Every single season has seen noteworthy tactical change barring one which was 24/25. I wont bore you with what I feel have been the tactical nuances but change has regularly been discernible. You may agree or disagree with the specific changes made but he doesnt stand still and thats the salient point. So 24/25 didnt see noteworthy change. "There was a lot to like from our performance on Saturday. The use of the long ball was one of them. Regular triggers applied which were either underlaps in between the FB/CB channel or through pinning. We saw balls in behind for Gyokeres which isolated him 1v1 and likewise to the wings for Saka and Trossard who both received their fair share of diagonal switches. A lot of this is common practice but it was great to see us hit more of these passes as its a very handy tool to use against a team like Fulham"
