"This is nice but we already dont pay capital gains tax on sales below $500k. Something that would really help the working class is to do something about property taxes on homesteads. If it cant be eliminated at least reform it for seniors and disabled veterans. We spend our life paying off a house mortgage while paying property tax. When we finally have our house paid for we are still burdened with property tax that eats into our fixed income"
