That promise remained unfulfilled as the product was stopped immediately thereafter Once beaten twice shy No We bought this zerobend MOP N VAC vaccum cleaner by @EurekaForbes after some time. It started leaving scratches on marble floor. Complained couple of times but didnt find any solution. Stopped using it.
