"Because XDC is a decentralized network and handing out refunds is a centralized action. We can assume millions have already been sold. Handing out a refund hurts the ecosystem bc these too will be sold. This hurts more community than it helps by way of double selling. If XDC Network decides to move into a centralized structure than the greater community has every right to request refunds from many other projects they tweeted about posted on their website and otherwise "supported" bc they simply tweeted to market and educate the community about options on the network"

"This is Parody right Globiance is the only one responsible for the loss of customer XDC. XDC is a decentralized network. @AndreCasterman was an advisor for Globiance not for the community. Community assumed it was safe bc Casterman said he staked his XDC there. Seems to me "enough is enough" Community should assume responsibility for its own actions. If @XDCNetwork gives refunds for Globiance will then also give refunds for SuperBulls Blocksworks All the other projects that RUGGED started with liquidity and then removed all but a fraction Will they refund the long ago exchange that still hold"

"I love your passion friend but I really feel like you simply lack factual details. I'll provide a few examples. this will be long so all please follow along. XDC Community simply DO NOT USE dApps that are built on XDC. Look at volume of Xswap Look at TVL. Community simply prefer Centralized Exchange. Why But even Globiance that "was" an XDC exchange has so few users and extremely low liquidity- bc community didn't use it for an exchange they only want to use it for staking- Therefore no fees were made and it was not sustainable. There was no liquidity for transacting and trading that"
