"$AVDL quietly reported very nice earnings but no one cared much because they were acquired. I think $ALKS made a tremendous deal and is interesting with legacy products + $AVDL + Orexin. I never worried about much about add'l Xyrem generics but maybe $AVDL was. only reason for why they sold for a relatively modest premium and the CVR isn't even that big either with an imminent IH Phase X readout. The global settlement of litigation was fairly favorable to them too. Feels like this could have been a bigger win. Buy $ALKS I guess"
