The Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces (UPDF) has been engaged in various activities, including sports and community events. The 17th CDF Cup tournament recently kicked off in Masaka, with teams from different divisions competing, and the UPDF Mountain Division dominating the inaugural Fort Portal City Marathon. Additionally, UPDF has been involved in community outreach, including launching CIMIC centres in Northern Uganda to tackle cattle raids and partnering with the Tooro Kingdom to clean up Fort Portal City.
