"There is some nuances here. The tissue damage has never been confirmed it's one persons claim. Also PSSD is generally not permanent nobody precisely knows the details of what PSSD is. It's definition varies between people. While the nervous system damage is real thinking you won't recover is incorrect. As for reddit yes there is legitimate cases in there it's a mixed bag a lot of them are not in PSSD but are in protracted withdrawal and confusing their symptoms. Also the mods of reddit has a nasty reputation of deleting posts that counter their "narrative" and they promote the bad. I've seen"
