"Adam please DO NOT DO THIS Personally I own MSTR STRF STRD and a covered call strategy with IMST but own zero STRK. Reasons. 1) The capital structure of MSTR goes to the $4B of notes first then STRF (cumulative) the STRK then STRD (non cumulative) then equity holders of MSTR. 2) the buyout is $XXX per and the purchase price today is XXXXXX. Highly unlikely but risk is risk. 3) Heloc at X% doubtful. 4) Cash distribution is at the boards discretion but Heloc payments are mandatory so unless youve got other cash flow youll possibly be past due if theres a hold up with STRK payments. 5). Totally"
