"Just out of curiosity has the work already been peer reviewed (as suggested in your post) If so which journal peer reviewed the work and why does it not publish the work if they already peer reviewed I could be wrong but my understanding is that arXiv does not peer review but publishes pre-print works. It would be interesting to get their specific response and their reasons for refusing to publish so that they can be challenged on specifics"
