"Only concerning for home builders and those who traded/invested in housing because of the technical set-up into a rate cutting cycle. Rate cuts do not = better housing market. The Fed is way behind the curve for the real non-Ai capex part of the economy & housing nationally is structurally broken. We all talk so frequently about the misallocation of resources/over investment during periods of very low (zero) interest rates. Well the US capital structure is completely disjointed and getting worse - increasingly funded by short term rates. Housing is funded with long term rates or equity."

"until there is a deliverable ETF for Bitcoin its not worth the hassle hope and hype. Bitcoin stopped being digital gold when they took that away from you and made it something that is supposedly diminished in supply over time. but owned by institutional investors and retail portfolios that will dump it (along with $GLD and everything else) when the shit really hits the fan one day. the difference of course is that stacks of silver and gold sitting in actual vaults and safes are will still be in the possession of the holders and not need to transverse some digital rail. + it's boring"
