DavidXRPLion, who claims to be the "Messenger of GOD'S REVELATION", has been sharing updates on the implementation of the Quantum Financial System (QFS) and its impact on the global financial system. The QFS, which began operating worldwide on June 30, 2025, is said to have freed people's financial freedom and replaced the old fiat system. Key events include the US Senate passing the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" on July 1, 2025, and the introduction of a new stablecoin, $RLUSDG, as the sole operational stablecoin permitted for use across all US banks and credit unions.
