"Thanks. I did watch some of it. They are not really pro-high fructose corn syrup I presume I can look at a shopping cart and with good accuracy predict the weight and health of the person. If it is full of boxes foil bags ice cream cookies and soda pop (common) the person will be heavy if not very fat and in poor health. I went on light keto X years ago lost XX pounds and it has stayed off since. And I avoid ultra-processed food like the plague. My relatives of the same age in the worst condition are the opposite Diet Coke candy and ultraprocessed foods. What do you think is where Lustig is"
