"I mean this with as much respect as possible (to the schools) but a lot of these programs (east & west) will simply be charging the parents and families of the players to watch. There's a handful of programs that can charge a PPV model and make great $ but there just isn't a PPV league-based market for "casual" fans yet they'll turn on D-I hockey on ESPN+ instead"
