"yes. when you bridge USDC/WETH/WBTC via vaultbridge the asset stays on ethereum in lowrisk strategies. on katana you get a vbToken (vbUSDC vbWETH vbWBTC). a 1:1 receipt the bridge tracks. peg is maintained by mint/burn. the yield earned on L1 is periodically sent to katana and used to boost rewards in LPs/lending. vbTokens sitting in a wallet dont autoyield. you earn the boost when you deploy them in eligible pools. when you exit katana your vbTokens are burned on katana and the underlying on ethereum is recalled (from buffers or strategies) and sent back. the connection between layers stays"
