"$HOND should move sharply higher this week. Shareholder vote Monday will confirm entire $XXX million trust is retained. Deal will close and entity will become "Terrestrial Energy" with ticker $IMSR (Integral Molten Salt Reactor). Any institution making a fundamental bet on the sector will be adding $IMSR to their $OKLO and $SMR positions (some already hold $HOND some are required to wait for deal close to buy $IMSR). "My point relates to what the $NKLR diluted share count is not float dynamics and if you believe the stock is going north of $XX (as I do) then all XX million shares should be in your market cap calculation. That said I don't see anything about XXX days in the prospectus. My read is that as soon as the stock is above $XX for X trading days out of XX all XX million shares are awarded. Please correct me if I'm wrong about that"
