Bulls are in control & remain in charge above 25027. Bears take control again below it (4hr basis). Table limits are $NQ 25552 & 24830 with the net at 25189. As long as we are above the net the upper limit is the target. $NQ daily shows we are consolidating with an inside bar so far today. 23900-24200 is a critical area for longer term control.
