"If I understand whats happened correctly: Utah created a new entity in which the University Boosters and A PE firm (who is looking for a quick exit) own this entity. The school/athletics gets 500m in cash some from PE some from Boosters. Boosters have a Say PE firm Has a say but School gets final say on everything and still Have a majority of ownership. I know everyone hates PE and its stupid but its not as bad as I think the narrative is"
