The Comms minister is trying the fastrack things but the holdup will still be will Icasa that will need to make publish proposed policy changes then give XX days for feedback. Then only can they start to work on the changes to the Communications Act. The proposed revised act will then be reviewed by a Parliamentary committee and then presented to Parliament to approve. The timeline is still if all goes well 18-24 months - unfortunately"
