Free enterprise turned that poverty into a resource but poverty's a resource free enterprise rapidly depletes"

"@_ClimateCraze I'm going to go out on a limb here but I'd be surprised if there aren't some rules about determining the validity of the use of interpolation. What would surprise me more is if NOAA etc. gave a damn about those rules if they got in the way of arriving at the desired conclusion"

"@ralph_jreinhard @MatthewWielicki This solar capacity China's installing does it generate electricity at night It doesn't seem like that good an investment if it's only producing a return XX% of each day. Also China pursued their One-Child policy for quite a bit longer then it took to see it was a stupid idea"
