Air Canada's flight attendants union, CUPE, has rejected an agreement to repatriate stranded Canadians, leaving XXXXXX additional passengers stuck abroad. Meanwhile, the airline is expanding its routes, including a new seasonal flight to Guatemala City and upcoming non-stop services to several US cities from Billy Bishop Airport.
