"Robinhood and bunch of other people got sued over this during the last run in 2021. They defended the lawsuit successfully. There were also allegations of conspiracy collusion and fraud of course. The naked shorting lawsuits are wild. I have read a lot of them. Let me know if you'd ever like to read any of them especially the Court opinions. Conclusion - they always get away with it"

"Door to door sales is like super highly offensive to me. A stranger randomly knocking on your door during dinner dog barking kids freaking out and then they refuse to take no for an answer. I feel bad for the elderly who these companies target esp someone like a Grandma Jones who is so polite and probably has a hard time saying no. It's one of those things that's just really not right for a lot of reasons esp bc of the violation of privacy yet it continues and is so common. I figure if everyone just stopped answering their door that these companies would just go away right"

"Today we filed a notice of appearance memo for costs on an appeal that we won and then challenged the Judge who has the case again.on remand. The Case was initially filed in 2012. Then we let OC know yet again that this ain't no walk in the park. Already playing games to include ex parte communications with the Judge their old buddy I presume. Unacceptable. The previous trial lawyers jerked my client around and fucked up big time. There honestly probably should be a malpractice claim against my client's previous trial attorneys. But this time we are finally going to put this one to bed one"
