AMC investors are accusing certain individuals, including CEO Adam Aron, of being involved in fraudulent activities, specifically with regards to "Project Popcorn," a plan allegedly devised with Citigroup to manipulate the stock market. There are also claims of "bad actors" online who are working to ruin investments and hinder justice for retail investors. A documentary series titled "One Nation Under Fraud" has been created to expose these alleged schemes.
