"Genuinely curious: Do all CME gaps always get filled eventually Because if you look at the weekly CME for $BTC btw Mar 6-13 2023 $BTC gapped up but. That gap has never been filled. Now it makes me curious has this ever happened at all for any other CMEs The only other question is What on earth would make $BTC fall back to $20k Running a log fib shows the golden pocket btw $23-33k from the XX low to current ATHs and $BTC has been known to go back to the .886. Which happens to be right below $20k & about an XX% correction from current ATHs. I am not calling for anything just making a simple"

"Lets understand why this is talking points and doesnt really help the consumer Even though @GrantCardone has already explained this. Lets say they cap rent increases at X% annually (Mamdani proposal is INFLATION + rent cap % just to be clear). Lets say rent in 2026 for New Yorkers avg is $4k. 2027 - $4k X X% = $XXX so now rent is $4200 2028 - $4200 X X% = $XXX so now rent is $4410 And thats just X years. I understand it says cap and doesnt mean thats what will be charged. but lets not act like the VCs & PE firms are not in the business of maximizing returns and ROI. It does not help consumers"
