"Unless xAi is fully part of Tesla or at least Tesla controls xAi (meaning the Tesla is ultimate owner of xAi product) the rest of scenarios do not matter because Tesla is not an investment company Making Ot not making money on xAi deal will mean close to zero in terms of Teslas valuation and market cap"

"Investing in xAi will not have material impact on Teslas business and valuation If were all thinking about $10-30T in valuation and say that Tesla owns XX% of xAi (which will require at least $10B in cash investments) then to make material effect on Teslas valuation (more than 25%) xAi will have to reach $25-75T in valuation (which is 25x of Teslas market cap) Everything less makes no material impact on Teslas balance sheet and hence we dont need to own a stake in xAi This would be my take on a matter. P.s. tech wise Tesla will always have access to xAis product"

"Cash should be spread on things that make your product bigger and better the rest should be spent on buybacks Tesla is not an investment company hence whatever you invest into non cash type of investments will not drive the value of the company xAi stocks are non liquid instruments but you as an AI company can make the case at owning the tech but not amount of stocks that do not lead to that ownership"
