Investing in xAi will not have material impact on Tesla’s business and valuation! If we’re all thinking about $10-30T in valuation, and say that Tesla owns XX% of xAi (which will require at least $10B in cash investments) then to make material effect on Tesla’s valuation (more than 25%) xAi will have to reach $25-75T in valuation (which is 2,5x of Tesla’s market cap)! Everything less makes no material impact on Tesla’s balance sheet and hence we don’t need to own a stake in xAi! 

This would be my take on a matter…. 

P.s. tech wise Tesla will always have access to xAi’s product
