"What do you mean The entire revert system works the same way as before. A user can only initiate a revert if the item still has a trade protection timer if it doesnt the revert is no longer possible. When a seller initiates a revert the money is automatically refunded to the buyer. From day one we made it clear that we dont and cant manually cancel trades thats technically impossible. No trades have been reversed from our side only those that can be reverted within Steams Trade Protection system and directly initiated by users through Steams built-in functionality"

"Sorry for the long response I missed this ping. The entire system works exactly as it did before. We havent canceled anything manually and we dont even have the ability to do so. If an item has a trade protection timer the seller can revert it and the buyer will automatically get their money back. This is Steams functionality we only act as a mediator and unfortunately theres nothing we can do in this situation other than refund the full amount to the buyer. I completely understand that were talking about lost potential profit here and considering the recent market trends were already"
