"$qubic rig setup - my plan is to keep this PC at home but tucked away in a remote cool location to be managed entirely as a headless server. My key requirements are that it must be quiet and robust enough to not crash from overheating ensuring it needs as little physical maintenance as possible. I have the hardware up and running. So far it has been active for less than a full day with significant interruptions as I work through the setup process. It's taking me time to figure everything out fine-tune the settings prepare it for unattended operation and optimize the processes. Currently I'm"

"$qubic miner for home the Hardware Breakdown: CPU: AMD Ryzen X 9950X - XXX Reasoning: I believe Qubic mining requires the AVX-512 instruction set which current consumer Intel CPUs lack (with the exception of server-grade processors). It also benefits from high clock frequencies as well as the PBO and manual overclocking capabilities for optimization. While the 9950X3D has a slightly larger L3 cache in Qubic's case a higher clock speed is more beneficial. Motherboard: ASRock X870E Taichi - XXX Reasoning: I needed the AM5 socket. "almost done with my $Qubic miner optimization. I had some free time so I overclocked my PC a bit. For the next few days the server will run with shorter interruptions as I still suspect it's a bit unstable - the Ubuntu kernel crashed once. The overclocking possibilities are great but I don't want to overdo it - it's better to save the equipment and have stable 24/7 operation. I joined the JETSKI pool and chose PPLNS not SOLO. To see the public dashboard there you have to register then it shows all the statistics. My rig's alias is QUBICLT (QUBICLT - an attempt to mine with an old Intel"
