"Meant to respond to this good find from Adu @plainyogurt21 earlier on $GERN but my kid was on fall break (when do they actually go to school) With almost every other company forced executive departures would be a negative leading indicator but it's really hard to even fathom how bad the John Scarlett/Jim Ziegler combo was. Feels like literally anything could be an improvement Geron drug surely limited (no survival benefit) but 4400 third line patients plus a smattering of 1L and 2L patients that should want transfusion independence and improvements in fatigue. Even if you get to half of those"

"Two days ago I posted an article for subscribers where I pitched $MNKD as a long. I thought I would write it up here too since I don't use this platform much anymore. I even bought X premium so hopefully this is worth $X. 😬 $MNKD as I write this: $XXXX share price $XXXX billion valuation. First things first I know $MNKD has about a very bad record of shareholder return and dilution. If they didnt have the reputation they do I think it would trade 1.5x to 2x higher. But it is what it is. If investors know them from anything now its just as the Tyvaso royalty company. But theres actually a lot"

"There should be a website cataloguing all the missteps Big Pharma have made it partnerships. Recent top of mind examples: $PFE licensing $CELC drug for $XX million in cash/equity $CELC now $X billion mkt cap (there are some milestones tho) $JNJ returning $CDTX drug to them for basically free $CDTX now $2.55b market cap Obviously they are right more often than wrong but the wrong times look reaaaaaaaally bad"

"One of the things exciting to me about my newsletter aside from readership reaching an ATH is that one prominent fund manager (not on Twitter) is a paid subscriber but also is among the first to read every morning I send something out. Every single time. Very humbling to see someone who has done it all likely has it all (practically) and they are up at 4am (my time) reading and consuming everything. Also very flattering that they view my work as worth $100/year which I guess is basically nothing for research for them but still. I guess this comes off weird like a brag but not intended to be"
