"I can agree with that. I used to think $MSTY was fine but the way $MSTR operates makes it a completely different kind of asset. Its tied to so many moving parts Bitcoin preferred shares stock issuance ATM programs and overall market sentiment which makes it hard to run options strategies on compared to underlyings like $HOOD or $PLTR. Those names are far more predictable and less prone to violent swings in either direction. "I get what youre saying but that doesnt really apply to SoCal. Im in Orange County and prices here are only going one direction up. If regular buyers dont step in investors will. Tons of people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for rate cuts and once that happens demand is going to explode again. SoCal will be completely out of reach for the new generation. Sad to see"
