But one need go back only to this past August to find precedent of bitter legal battle ending in an acquisition (plus a settlement) See $BNTX more than calling a truce with longtime litigant $CVAC but actually purchasing $CVAC outright. It was an IP fight and $BNTX did the risk-based analysis and decided were not likely to beat $CVAC so lets just buy their IP by buying the whole company And call it a day Again not likely with $LLY x $NKTR. But who knows 🤷🏻♀"
