"One cool thing that will happen as $YLDS - @Figure's yielding stablecoin (as a registered security) is minted natively across more L1s - the transfer agent will allow you to move $YLDS immediately (or as fast as blocks are written) across any native L1. For example when $YLDS goes live on @SuiNetwork in a few weeks you will be able to instantly move $YLDS back and forth between Sui and @provenancefdn. As we add more L1s (e.g. Solana etc.) you will have more options as to where to move to/from"

Because it can move p2p with no broker there is no KYC requirement of the mover unless they are a regulated entity. I believe you will see updated filing stating our position is we can't remit to a non-kyc'd wallet but we won't restrict transfer to such"
