Lol at Full RBF: years of miners and users replacing non-RBF transactions in practice long before Core exposed a flag for it. "Realistically at Bitcoin's current scale only state-level actors could afford to bankroll an artificial "market demand" attack like that. Maybe in 2014 smaller players could've made some noise for a while - but not anymore. The brief flare-ups of ordinals and BRC-20 made that abundantly clear. Such an attempt would become obvious fast be straightforward to mitigate once recognized and ultimately amount to burning a lot of money to fake a signal they can't sustain"
