"I walked through Damascus Gardens today and I couldnt believe my eyes. I was unsure if I was still in Montgomery County Maryland. This county has a $7B budget and my people in Damascus are living in dilapidated apartments. What I was seeing was indefensible regardless of those buildings being low-income housing.
