If they uplist to Nasdaq Stockholm this gives them access to the broader INET trading platform that operates across Nasdaq Nordic and Baltic markets. That's a $1.79T combined market cap. Further since Sweden is part of the EU H100 could (after uplisting) potentially issue a Euro denominated listing making the stock more desirable across the European Union as a whole. And of course they have an OTC listing coming that will boost international liquidity"

"In a BTC bear market or multi-month downtrend it's unlikely that STRF/D price will quickly recover. Not necessarily a problem if it's long-term cash holdings meant to be held for years. However it is a problem if it's short term cash needed in 2-6 months. No SOFR tie is also somewhat misleading. For STRC the rate itself adjusts to SOFR. But STRF/D will not be unaffected by changes in SOFR rather the principal would be expected to adjust to bring the effective yield in line with market demand. But I don't think it's a matter of what is "better" it's a matter of what the purpose of buying it is"
