"Can't make a meaningful comparison just on interest rates. The potential dilution is mostly in the principal. Which move is more dilutive depends on what happens with share price. If ASST follows anything like the growth trajectory of early MSTR over the next few years it's far more accretive to make the conversion to SATA and sell fewer shares to pay the fixed coupon than have to convert a fixed number of shares that were locked in at much lower prices.
