"Im excited. Next week Im rolling up my sleeves and doing some work on the warehouse property I just purchased. One of the buildings was previously occupied by a single tenant but we are going to split it into X units and rent it out at a much higher $/SF So Ill be going in with my dad cleaning it all out and building demising walls. Sure I could hire someone to do all this. But this is an opportunity to work alongside my dad pay him for his time and still save myself (and my investors) thousands of dollars. Trading out my slacks button up and laptop for jeans worker gloves and power tools."

"We are sold to all day. Calls. Emails. Texts. Billboards. Website Ads. And Im fine with it Its how businesses make their money and I do sales myself so I get it. But I draw the line at door knocking my house at 8pm Its not like a call or ad where I can quickly turn it off or hang up or ignore it. Its much harder to get someone physically off your property unless youre just downright rude to them. I think it should be banned"
