"oh i do im a butcher by trade. its just that price per kilo for beef shank is like nothing ive ever seen before its exceptionally high. traditionally osso bucco would be veal which is of course much more money (still not that much tho damn i thought i was expensive). im in expensive part of UK and beef shank on bone is about 12/kilo with veal closer to XX.
