Big fear for both is incinerating cash with bad cap allocation I see lower risk with Edenred there. Due to the diversification the regulatory threats are also lower. Pluxee can get higher growth due to focus on SMBs and has more margin expansion opportunity but it's not worth the additional risk when Edenred should clear XX% IRR with lower risks"
