"What makes Edenred more interesting to me is their diversification. XX% of sales are from unregulated markets so not exposed to the whole regulatory risk (much more than at Pluxee). Pluxee is a great bet on Brazil meal vouchers. I also prefer capital allocation at Edenred (buybacks and dividends) versus Pluxee (bolt on deals without disclosing what they are paying instead of buybacks)"

"Both are strong buys in my opinion and Edenred is a more complex business. I think that the general idea is the same for the other segments however just without the regulatory worry. Big fear for both is incinerating cash with bad cap allocation I see lower risk with Edenred there. Due to the diversification the regulatory threats are also lower. Pluxee can get higher growth due to focus on SMBs and has more margin expansion opportunity but it's not worth the additional risk when Edenred should clear XX% IRR with lower risks"
