"Why would you include recycled gold It's not "new" supply any more than BTC whales selling. Central banks are price insensitive buyers and sellers too as shown by BOE dumping UK gold at XXX dollars years ago. Can't say the same for BTC buyers. When a Morgan Stanley or a Gundlach recommends a gold portfolio weighting of XX% they aren't doing the same for BTC"

"Here's what I think is happening with $HSDT. See if it makes sense. PIPE and warrant insider investors are long from $XXXX. $HSDT spikes to $25+. These investors can't sell or exercise warrants but they want to short the stock to lock in gains. Borrow costs for stock to short spikes to 400+% per annum at retail broker-dealers. Insiders borrow stock and short the crap out of $HSDT and stock collapses over three days. Even with a XXX% per annum borrow a lot of money is made in X days. But Insiders can't cover their shorts and capture their gains until PIPE and exercised warrants become freely"
