"As someone who has used RFQs extensively for trading junk bonds. this so-called RFQ for pricing parlays is pretty bad in that I'm not seeing multiple quotes. Ideally an 'RFQ' should get blasted simultaneoulsly to multiple market makers who go about responding with a quote. or payout if you prefer.
