Going back a few years ago they had net margins of 7-9%. The past year margins have fell to 2.8-3.5%. This is a 50%+ drop in margins. They are going to struggle with building cash. Especially with them paying dividends this will add more stress. The issue is that their core customers have an average household income of less then $35000.
