"Generally you are correct on selling although risk is calculated (baselined) in 1/3rds at [---] -1.5x and -2x ATR. In practice this may also be Low of Day (LoD) or Prior LoD. Entry is restricted to the zone of 0-to-5x ATR with a preference of 0-to-4x. The key is reward-to-risk minimum of 2.5x and preference of 3x or greater with a calculated max return of 21% or greater.
