"I think $SMLR trades quite fair here as $ASST had their big PIPE at XXXX US$. The effective filing for these shares should be come around the next days according to filing XX days after PIPE closing. PIPE closed at 12th September 2025 so should be around the corner now and the shares can be freely tradeable including the Warrants (1:1 ratio). I think many participants will sell their shares which also implies the option chain which has an fair value around XXXX - XXXX US$. I would not be shocked when $ASST trades between XXXX and XXXX in 2-3 weeks"
