"Long story short: I returned a phone to T-Mobile but they claimed they never received it and billed me for not returning it on time. They even threatened to send me to collections. I had proof from UPS the delivery confirmation the shipping label everything. After months of back-and-forth I finally filed a complaint with the BBB.
