"False active shooter reported on the campus at UK The University of Kentuckys Police Department (UKPD) received a false report of an active shooter near William T. Young Library today at 12:12 p.m. according to Dani Jaffe strategic communication associate director for UK. Numerous Lexington Police Department and UKPD emergency vehicles reported to the scene.
