"SEC says many cryptocurrencies are securities but not BTC & IMO that's perfectly true for LTC as well. The provable decentralized aspect (node count) PLUS store-of-value AND the core is not trying to be finance THEN there's the fact that there isn't a center figure head with a large stake"
